Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details — including designs, spellings, sizes, quantities, and garment choices — are accurate before submitting an order.

Please double-check size charts and ensure artwork or text is correct before confirming.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our products are custom-made:

❌ We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • You selected the wrong size

  • You changed your mind after ordering

  • You made a mistake in the submitted design or details

  • You expected a different result without prior approval of the design proof

✅ Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • We’ve made a mistake in printing or embroidery not approved in your final proof

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Turnaround Times

Typical turnaround is 5–7 working days from final approval of your artwork. We’ll keep you updated on any delays.

Delivery

We offer delivery throughout the UK & Ireland. Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Ulster Designs is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once the item has been dispatched.

Design Ownership

By submitting a design, logo, or image, you confirm you have the rights or permission to use it. Ulster Designs is not liable for any copyright issues related to submitted artwork.
